Professor Violet Davis teaches history of photography at Pinetree College and spends her Wednesday nights with her friends at the local ski resort’s restaurant — drinking cocktails, coloring in their favorite books, and dreaming of finding the right Daddy. When famous nature photographer Etienne Martin joins the faculty, Violet discovers he’s everything she’s been looking for. But someone is watching. And the anonymous texts she’s receiving are getting more threatening.

BEHIND THE BOOK
Professor Daddy is the book I was most nervous to publish. Writing a Daddy/little romance means trusting your readers to come along with you into a relationship dynamic that’s beautiful and tender and widely misunderstood. I wanted to show what this looks like when it’s done right. A Daddy who respects Violet as the accomplished professor she is and cherishes the little girl she allows herself to be when she feels safe with him.
The cocktails and coloring nights came out of the weekly board game night I attend at a local bar. I wondered what if a group of professinal women/littles got together every week? What other activities would tgey gravitate towards?
I had attended a coloring night several years earlier, and thought it was perfect! I loved the idea that these women are lawyers, veterinarians, and professors by day, but have this private side they can only share with each other. Giving them a standing Wednesday night ritual felt like the heart of the book.
Etienne's gentleness as a Daddy comes from the same place as his patience behind the camera. He calls Violet his “little professor” because he sees both sides of her and loves them equally.
And yes — Pinetree readers, you will absolutely recognize some familiar places and faces!
He’s a firefighter who refuses to let her burn. She’s an investigator who knows when she’s being played.
Logan Blake is a fire-hazard-obsessed himbo with a hero complex and a habit of lurking in the shrubbery. Since the previous insurance assessor on the case went missing, he’s taking no chances with Nicki’s safety. His solution? An unauthorized security crusade, upgrading her locks, home ‘safety inspections,’ and decorating her home with the festive spirit.
Nicki Callahan treats relationships like an insurance claim: document everything, trust nothing, and assume someone is lying. She ought to report Logan for crashing into her rose bush like a golden retriever with a power tool and no respect for boundaries. But his protective streak is breaking down her walls one ‘safety upgrade’ at a time, and she has to decide if he’s a claim worth approving.
Himbo Stalker for Christmas is a standalone dark romantic comedy that’s packed with enough himbo goodness and Christmas cheer to make a black cat insurance assessor melt.
